How to Manage Files in the GoHighLevel Mobile Media Library

By Marnix Geerkens. Published 2025-09-12. Updated 2026-06-02.

The GoHighLevel mobile app includes a media library where you can upload photos, videos, and PDF files, organize them into folders, rename them, move them between folders, and search or filter by name or size. The library connects to Conversations and the Social Planner, so files you upload there are available across both features without uploading twice.

Summary. GoHighLevel's mobile media library lets you manage all your content assets from your phone. You can create folders, upload files from your camera or gallery, rename and move items, and use the search bar or sort filters to locate specific files quickly. Multi-select makes it easy to move or delete a batch of files at once, and an upload status indicator shows when processing is complete.

Steps

  1. Open the media library

Tap the hamburger menu in the top left of the mobile app, scroll down, and tap Media Library.

  2. Create a folder

Tap the plus button in the bottom right and choose Create New Folder. Name it and tap Save.

  3. Upload a file

Tap the plus button and choose to open the camera, upload from your gallery, or upload a file such as a PDF. The file processes and appears in the current folder once complete.

  4. Rename or move a file

Tap a file, then tap the three dots in the top right. Choose Rename to give it a clear name, or choose Move to Folder to place it in a different folder.

  5. Search and filter

Use the search bar to find files by name. Use the filter options to sort by name, file size, or modified date.

  6. Multi-select and bulk move

Press and hold a file to enter select mode, tap additional files, then choose Move to Folder or Delete for all selected items at once.
