How to Manage Files in the GoHighLevel Mobile Media Library

The GoHighLevel mobile app includes a media library where you can upload photos, videos, and PDF files, organize them into folders, rename them, move them between folders, and search or filter by name or size. The library connects to Conversations and the Social Planner, so files you upload there are available across both features without uploading twice.

Resumen. GoHighLevel's mobile media library lets you manage all your content assets from your phone. You can create folders, upload files from your camera or gallery, rename and move items, and use the search bar or sort filters to locate specific files quickly. Multi-select makes it easy to move or delete a batch of files at once, and an upload status indicator shows when processing is complete.
