Summary. This tutorial explains the step-by-step process of setting up a branded mobile app inside GoHighLevel's Client Portal. It covers subscribing to the mobile app plan, completing the branding and profile section with graphics and business information, submitting for team review, handling review feedback, and scheduling a two-factor authentication slot before the app is submitted to the app stores.
Steps
Navigate to Branded Mobile App
From your agency account, click Memberships on the left sidebar, select Client Portal at the top, then click Branded Mobile App and hit Get Started.
Subscribe to the mobile app plan
Complete the subscription payment. Once confirmed, you will be taken to the setup screen.
Complete branding and profile information
Fill in every field in the Branding and Profile section. This includes uploading graphics (carousel images, Play Store banner, and other required assets), plus your full name, phone number, email, support email, support URL, physical address, and DUNS number. Have all assets ready before starting this step.
Submit for review
After double-checking all details, submit your information. Note that branding details cannot be changed after submission, so review carefully. The GoHighLevel team will assess everything within five business days.
Respond to review feedback if needed
If the review fails, you will receive an in-app notification marked in red. Click the link in the notification to see exactly what needs to be corrected, fix those items, and resubmit.
Schedule a 2FA verification slot
Once the review passes, book a time slot for the two-factor authentication step. During this slot, you will receive a verification code by email or SMS and must enter it to confirm your identity.
Wait for app store approval
After 2FA is complete, your app is submitted to Apple and Google. App store review can take several days. Monitor both your email and in-app notifications for updates from the team.
