Steps
Open Affiliate Manager and click Add
Navigate to the Affiliate Manager within your sub-account and click the Add button to open the new campaign creation page.
Select a source funnel or website
Choose the funnel or website where your products live. GoHighLevel loads all products found on that page so you can decide which ones participate in the affiliate program.
Remove products you do not want to commission
Delete any products from the list that should not trigger affiliate commissions. You can add them back if you change your mind before saving.
Set commission rates
Choose a default percentage or flat rate for all products, or customize the rate per product individually. Higher-ticket items often warrant a lower percentage while lower-ticket products can carry a higher rate.
Optionally add tiered commissions
Click to add a second tier and set its commission rate. You can build up to seven tiers. Most campaigns use one or two tiers; multi-tier structures reward affiliates who recruit other affiliates.
Add affiliates from your contacts
On the next screen, add a campaign description and assign affiliates. Affiliates are pulled from your existing contacts list in the Affiliates section of the platform.
Review additional settings and save
Open Additional Settings to adjust the welcome email template, cookie life, and payout terms. Save the campaign as a draft or launch it immediately using the three-dot menu on the campaigns list.
Tips
- Make sure the funnel or website you select has a domain attached, otherwise the campaign cannot be created.
- Tiered commissions are optional. Most affiliate programs work well with a single commission level.
- You can add more affiliates to an existing campaign at any time from the Affiliates tab.
