Steps

  1. Go to App Settings in your agency account

    From the agency view, navigate to the settings area and find the Mobile App or App Settings section. The four app options appear here.

  2. Choose your app type

    Select White Label App if you want full branding control (paid). Choose Customized Brand for a partially branded version of the GoHighLevel app (free). Lead Connector and GoHighLevel are also free options with no customization.

  3. Open the app customizer (white-label only)

    Click Customize App. From here you can upload the app icon, set the login screen image, and upload a splash screen for the loading state.

  4. Set colors and fonts

    Choose primary, secondary, tertiary, and error colors using the color picker. Select the font for the app interface from the available options.

  5. Configure modules and navigation

    Toggle on or off the CRM modules you want your clients to access (contacts, conversations, payments, etc.). Drag and drop modules to reorder them in the bottom navigation bar and the left drawer. A mobile preview updates in real time on the right side of the screen.

  6. Enable the download link for sub-accounts

    Toggle on Show Download Link to My Clients. Sub-account users will see an iOS and Android download link in their left sidebar navigation, making it easy to get the app.

  • The white-label app requires $149 per quarter (billed as one charge covering both iOS and Android). Budget this into your agency plan pricing.
