How to Delete Affiliate Commissions in GoHighLevel Affiliate Manager

In GoHighLevel's Affiliate Manager you can permanently delete individual commission records that were tracked in error. The deletion requires a two-step confirmation and only works on commissions that have already been denied, not on pending or approved ones. This irreversible action keeps your commission data accurate when a payout was recorded for a sale that should not have earned one.

Steps
Navigate to the affiliate
In your sub-account, go to Marketing, then Affiliate Manager. Click Affiliates, find and click the affiliate whose commission you need to remove.
Open the Commissions tab
Scroll to the bottom of the affiliate's profile and click the Commissions tab to see all tracked commission entries.
Deny the commission first
A commission must be in denied status before it can be deleted. If the commission is still pending, click the X icon to deny it. Already-denied commissions show a three-dot menu on the right.
Delete and confirm
Click the three-dot menu next to the denied commission and select Delete. Confirm the prompt. The entry is removed permanently and cannot be recovered.
