How to Bundle App Marketplace Apps with Your GoHighLevel SaaS Plans

By Marnix Geerkens. Published 2026-01-15. Updated 2026-06-02.

Inside the SaaS Configurator, a Marketplace Apps tab lets you attach third-party apps from the GoHighLevel App Marketplace directly to any SaaS plan. Clients on that plan get the app installed automatically in their sub-account. For paid apps, you can set usage-based pricing with your own margin on top of the developer's base cost, creating an additional revenue layer alongside the core SaaS subscription.

Summary. GoHighLevel's SaaS Configurator includes a Marketplace Apps tab that lets agency owners attach apps from the App Marketplace to specific SaaS plans. Apps bundled this way are automatically granted to sub-accounts on that plan. Paid apps support usage-based pricing where the agency sets its own margin, turning app reselling into a profit center separate from the monthly plan fee.

Steps

  1. Install the app on your agency account

Go to the App Marketplace, find the app you want to bundle, and install it on your agency. Free apps install immediately; paid apps go through the developer's setup flow.

  2. Open the SaaS plan in the configurator

Navigate to SaaS Configurator, find the plan you want to update, and click Edit Details. Switch to the Marketplace Apps tab.

  3. Add the app to the plan

Your installed agency apps appear here. Click the plus icon next to the app. It will show as Included, and sub-accounts on this plan will have it granted automatically.

  4. Set usage-based pricing for paid apps

Back in the App Marketplace, go to App Reselling. Find the app, click Set Up Usage-Based Pricing, and enter your margin on top of the developer's per-action cost.
