Steps

  1. Open AI Agents in your sub-account

    From the left menu choose AI Agents, then Conversation AI. Select an existing agent or click Create Bot to start a new one.

  2. Set the bot type and brand details

    Choose General Q&A or Appointment Booking, fill in basic brand information, pick a tone of voice, and save.

  3. Add email as a preferred channel

    Scroll to Preferred Channels and click Email to enable it. Toggle off any channels you do not want the bot active on.

  4. Configure email sender settings

    Click the email channel to open settings. Set the from name, from email address, and any additional recipients. Adjust the greeting and the wait time before the bot replies.

  5. Choose autopilot mode and save

    Select Autopilot so the bot responds automatically without needing human review. Click Save and Close to activate it.
