Steps

Go to Reselling in your agency account
Make sure your agency Stripe account is connected. Then click Reselling in the left sidebar of the agency view. The Branded Client Portal App appears at the top of the list.
Set your global price
Enter the monthly price you will charge clients. GoHighLevel charges $49 per month per app. Set your price above that, for example $79 or $99, and the profit amount updates automatically. Click Save.
Adjust pricing for a specific sub-account
Go to Sub Accounts, click the three-dot menu on the account, select Manage Client, then click Reselling at the top. Change the price for that location and click Save. This overrides the global price for that client only.
Turn off the app offer for a client
In the same Reselling tab of the sub-account, toggle the app offer off and save. The client will not see it as a purchasable option. Note: if the client has already purchased, you cannot remove the app.
Deploy manually without client purchase
In the sub-account Reselling tab, check Deploy Branded Client Portal App Directly. Click Pay Now. GoHighLevel charges the agency $49 per month directly. The client is not billed and no reselling subscription is created between you and the client.
Track app subscriptions in billing
Go to Agency Settings, click Billing in the left sidebar. The right panel shows how many branded apps you have sold and which sub-accounts are subscribed.

Tips

If you want to include the app as part of a coaching or course package, use manual deployment so the client is not billed separately.
You cannot remove the app from a sub-account once the client has an active subscription. Plan your pricing and offering carefully before turning it on.
Set a price point that covers your $49 cost even during promotional periods.
