Steps

  1. Complete Shaken/STIR registration first

    In your sub-account, go to Settings, then Phone System, then Trust Center. If Shaken/STIR is not yet registered, click the registration button and complete that process before continuing.

  2. Start Voice Integrity registration

    Scroll down the Trust Center dashboard to find the Voice Integrity section. Click Start Registration and fill in the required details about your business and phone numbers.

  3. Wait for approval

    Each of the three analytics providers reviews the application independently. Most registrations clear within two business days, and GoHighLevel sends a notification when approved.
