Steps

  1. Switch to Agency view and open Reselling

    Toggle to Agency view using the switcher in GoHighLevel. Go to Reselling on the left sidebar. Here you set the price you charge clients for WhatsApp, which determines your margin. Adjust the reseller amount to match your offer before proceeding.

  2. Open the target sub-account

    Go to Sub Accounts, scroll to the client account where you want to activate WhatsApp, and click into it.

  3. Click Deploy WhatsApp Directly

    Inside the sub-account settings panel, locate the WhatsApp offer section. Click Deploy WhatsApp Directly and confirm by clicking Pay Now. GoHighLevel activates the feature for that location immediately.

  4. Switch to the sub-account and confirm activation

    Click Switch to Sub to enter the client's sub-account view. Go to Settings, then WhatsApp. If the deployment succeeded, you will see the full WhatsApp settings panel including the option to sign up with Facebook.

  5. Complete the Facebook signup to connect the number
