The Social Planner in GoHighLevel is a built-in social media scheduling tool that lets you create, schedule, and publish posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other networks from one place.

The Social Planner removes the need for a separate scheduling tool like Buffer or Hootsuite for basic social media management. You connect your social accounts, write posts, attach images or videos, and schedule them to go out at the time you choose.
For agencies, this is a strong upsell. You can manage social media for all your clients from within GoHighLevel. Each sub-account has its own Social Planner connected to that client's social profiles. You can create content and schedule it without logging into each social platform separately.
The Social Planner includes a calendar view that shows all scheduled posts across connected accounts. You can drag and reschedule posts, see what is going out each day, and spot gaps in the posting schedule.
How it works
Connect social accounts from the sub-account Marketing section under Social Planner. GoHighLevel uses OAuth to connect to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. Once connected, you click "New Post", write the content, attach media, choose which accounts to post to, and set the date and time.
Posts can be scheduled individually or through a content calendar. Some integrations also support posting to multiple platforms at once with one click, though character limits and image specs differ per platform.
