What Is a Agency View in GoHighLevel?

Agency View is the top-level admin area in GoHighLevel where an agency owner can see and manage every client sub-account from a single login.
In plain English
When you log into GoHighLevel as an agency owner, you land in Agency View by default. From here you can see every client account (called a sub-account) listed in one place. You can click into any sub-account to see their CRM, funnels, and workflows without the client ever knowing you switched.
Agency View is where you control billing and SaaS plans if you run GoHighLevel in SaaS Mode. You set how much each sub-account pays, which features they can access, and whether they can see the GoHighLevel branding or only your white-label brand.
You can also manage users from Agency View. You add team members, set their roles, and limit which sub-accounts they can see. This means a junior account manager might access only the three clients they are responsible for, while you see everything.
How it works
GoHighLevel organizes access in two tiers. The agency tier is where you sit as the owner. Below that are the sub-accounts, one per client. Agency View is the top tier, so changes you make here can cascade down to sub-accounts or stay at the agency level only.
Switching between Agency View and a specific sub-account takes one click. When you are inside a sub-account, you see the world as the client sees it. That makes it easy to troubleshoot or build automations on behalf of a client.
Frequently asked questions
What is Agency View in GoHighLevel?
Agency View is the admin dashboard where an agency owner manages all client sub-accounts. It sits one level above the individual client accounts and gives the owner full control over billing, users, and white-label settings.
Can clients see Agency View?
No. Clients only see the sub-account you give them access to. Agency View is visible only to users who have been granted agency-level roles.
Is Agency View available on all GoHighLevel plans?
Yes. Agency View is available on the $297 and $497 plans. The $97 Starter plan limits you to one sub-account and does not have full multi-client management.
