How to Import Existing Stripe Products into GoHighLevel
By Marnix Geerkens. Published 2021-10-01. Updated 2026-06-02.
If you already have products set up in Stripe, you do not need to recreate them manually inside GoHighLevel. An Import from Stripe button inside the Payments section lets you pull in any live-mode standard recurring product from your Stripe account in one step. GoHighLevel creates the product record, and if you also have PayPal connected, the same product is added there automatically.

Summary. GoHighLevel's Stripe import feature lets you bring existing recurring Stripe products into your sub-account without rebuilding them from scratch. From the Products tab under Payments, a dedicated import button fetches your eligible Stripe products and lets you select which ones to add. Imported products become available across GoHighLevel just like any natively created product, and the system simultaneously creates matching entries in PayPal if that integration is active.
What you will learn
- Find the Import from Stripe button inside Payments, Products
- Understand which Stripe products are eligible for import
- Import a product in one click and confirm it appears in GoHighLevel
- Know that PayPal-connected accounts get the product added there automatically
Steps
Open Products in Payments
Inside your sub-account, go to Payments in the left menu. Click on Products. Make sure your Stripe account is already connected before proceeding.
Click Import from Stripe
A blue Import from Stripe button appears in the Products view. Click it to open the import panel, which fetches your eligible Stripe products.
Select the product to import
Only live-mode, standard recurring prices are available in the dropdown. Test mode prices and non-standard billing types will not appear. Select the product you want to bring into GoHighLevel.
Confirm the import
Click Import Product and Price. GoHighLevel creates the product record and pricing plan in your sub-account. If a PayPal integration is active, the same product is also created in PayPal automatically.
Verify the imported product
Return to the Products list. The newly imported product appears with the same name and pricing as in Stripe. It is now available to attach to funnels, order forms, and payment links.
