What Is a Snapshot Push in GoHighLevel?

A Snapshot Push in GoHighLevel is when an agency owner sends a snapshot, or a newer version of one, to one or more existing sub-accounts, adding or updating the assets from the snapshot without wiping the sub-account's existing data.

When you first create a sub-account for a client, you can load it from a snapshot. That is a one-time copy. A Snapshot Push is what you do when the snapshot improves and you want existing clients to get the new version.
For example, you build a new follow-up sequence and add it to your agency snapshot. You then push the snapshot to all 30 of your client sub-accounts. GoHighLevel adds the new workflow to each sub-account without touching the existing contacts, appointments, or other custom content that is already there.
Snapshot Pushes are how agencies stay consistent across many client accounts. Instead of making the same change 30 times, you make it once in the snapshot and push it. This is especially useful when GoHighLevel updates break an existing workflow and you need to patch every client at once.
How it works
From Agency View, go to the snapshot you want to push. Select "Push to Sub-Accounts." GoHighLevel shows you a list of your sub-accounts and lets you pick which ones to update. You confirm, and GoHighLevel starts the push in the background.
The push merges the snapshot content into each sub-account. If a funnel in the snapshot already exists in the sub-account (matched by name or ID), GoHighLevel updates it. If it is new, GoHighLevel adds it. Contacts and conversations are not affected.
