What is in the AI Employee Suite?

How does rebilling work?
Inside your Agency View, go to Sub-Accounts and open the Billing tab for a client. Turn on the rebilling toggle for each AI feature you want to pass through. GoHighLevel charges your agency wallet at cost, then charges the client wallet at your marked-up rate.
You set the markup percentage per feature. A common setup is cost plus 20 to 30 percent, which gives you passive income every time the AI runs.
Clients see their own wallet and usage in their sub-account. They top it up with a card on file. You never touch their money directly.
What should you charge clients?

How to set up rebilling step by step
Step 1: Log in to your Agency View. Go to Settings, then Wallet and Billing. Add a payment method so your agency wallet stays funded.
Step 2: Open the sub-account for the client you want to enable. Go to Sub-Account Settings, then Billing. Enable the AI usage rebilling toggles for each feature.
Step 3: Set your markup percentage. Save the settings.
Step 4: Ask the client to add a card to their sub-account wallet. GoHighLevel sends them an email to do this.
Step 5: Activate the AI features inside the client sub-account (Conversation AI, Voice AI, etc.) and run a test to confirm usage is appearing in the wallet.
Common mistakes to avoid
Do not turn on rebilling before the client has a card on file. If their wallet hits zero, the AI features stop.
Do not promise a fixed monthly fee for AI without a usage cap. High-volume months can cost more than you expect.
Do not forget to test each feature after enabling rebilling. A misconfigured sub-account can look active but charge nothing.
