The hidden usage costs
Your monthly plan is not the whole bill. Three things are billed by usage on top of the plan price. Budget for these so the cost does not surprise you.
Billed per email sent, at a small fraction of a cent each. Light senders pay a few dollars a month. The rate is set in your account.
SMS and phone
Billed per text segment and per call minute, at a few cents each, plus carrier fees. Cost depends on volume and the country you message.
AI features
The conversation AI and voice AI agents are billed by usage. You pay for AI requests and the call minutes the agents handle.
On the Unlimited and Pro plans you can rebill these usage costs to your clients, at cost on Unlimited and with a markup on Pro.
