Your clients log in to your branded dashboard, receive emails from your domain, and use a platform that looks like your product. GoHighLevel stays invisible in the background. White-label capabilities are available on the Unlimited plan ($297/month) and above.

What you can white-label

You can replace the GoHighLevel logo with your own logo. You can set a custom domain so clients access the platform at app.yourbrand.com instead of app.gohighlevel.com. You can customize the color scheme, the support email address, and the help documentation link.

Desktop and mobile apps also offer white-labeling at an extra fee. GoHighLevel will create a branded mobile app with your name listed in the App Store and Google Play.

How clients experience it

A client who logs into your white-labeled GoHighLevel sees your logo and your name. The "Powered by GoHighLevel" text is removed. When they need help, they reach out to your support channel, not GoHighLevel's.

Email notifications that GoHighLevel sends to clients (like password reset emails) come from your domain instead of @gohighlevel.com.

White-label vs SaaS Mode

White-labeling is about branding. SaaS Mode adds billing automation on top of white-labeling, so clients subscribe and pay through your checkout automatically.

You can white-label on the Unlimited plan without using SaaS Mode. In that case, you handle billing yourself and simply present the platform as your brand. SaaS Mode, which requires the Pro plan, adds the subscription checkout and automated account provisioning.
