GoHighLevel handles the booking, sends confirmations and reminders, and creates the contact record if the person is new. It connects to Google Calendar and Outlook so your availability stays in sync.

Types of calendars

GoHighLevel offers several calendar types: a simple one-on-one appointment calendar, a round-robin calendar that distributes bookings across a team, a class or event calendar for group sessions, and a service menu calendar for service businesses that want clients to pick a service and time.

You can have multiple calendars in one sub-account: one for discovery calls, one for follow-ups, one for consultations.

Booking page setup

Each calendar has a hosted booking page. You can set the appointment duration, buffer time before and after appointments, minimum advance notice required, and the maximum number of bookings per day.

The booking page can be embedded in a funnel or website, or shared as a direct link. You can brand it with your logo and colors.

Confirmations and reminders

When someone books, GoHighLevel sends an immediate confirmation by email or SMS. You can set up automated reminders at custom intervals, such as 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment.

If the appointment is missed or needs to be rescheduled, workflows can fire automatically to handle follow-up.
