How to Save Drafts and Publish Pages in GoHighLevel Page Builder

GoHighLevel separates saving from publishing in the page builder so you can preserve your work without putting an unfinished page live. You save as many times as you like while editing, choose the version you want from the version history, and only then publish it to your domain. This lets multiple people review a page before it goes public.

Resumen. The GoHighLevel funnel and website builder keeps a version history of every saved state. You pick the version to publish rather than auto-publishing the most recent save. A green 'live' indicator shows which version is currently on your domain, and you can switch between published versions at any time by selecting a different version and hitting publish.

Pasos

  1. Save your work during editing

    Click Save while editing to preserve the current state. Each save creates a new version entry in the version history. Your live page is not affected until you explicitly publish.

  2. Review version history

    Open the Version Control panel to see every saved version. Click through them to compare different states of the page before deciding which one to put live.

  3. Publish the version you want

    Select the version you want live, click Publish, and choose a domain if prompted. A green 'live' badge marks whichever version is currently on your domain.
