The three base plans
Starter ($97/month): One sub-account. Full CRM, funnels, websites, email, SMS, automations, calendars, forms, reputation management, membership sites, and payments. No multi-client support. Good for one business.
Unlimited ($297/month): Unlimited sub-accounts. Everything in Starter plus white-labeling and the Communities feature. Good for agencies managing multiple clients.
Pro ($497/month): Everything in Unlimited plus SaaS Mode. SaaS Mode lets you sell GoHighLevel as your own branded software product. This is the plan for founders who want to build a SaaS business on top of GoHighLevel.
Usage-based costs (the hidden part of the bill)
This is where many new GoHighLevel users get surprised. The base plan does not include unlimited SMS, calls, or email. These are billed by usage on top of your plan.
LC Phone (SMS): Roughly $0.0079 per outbound SMS segment in the US. A standard text is one segment. A long text or one with emoji may be two segments.
LC Phone (calls): Roughly $0.021 per minute for outbound calls. Inbound is cheaper.
LC Email: A small per-email cost after a free monthly threshold.
Conversation AI: Charged per AI message. Exact rate depends on the AI model selected.
Voice AI: Charged per minute of call time.
