After lining up a card in the camera frame, the AI pulls out the name, phone number, email, company, and title without any manual typing. Before saving, you can refine the scan, reorder fields, add tags to categorize where the contact came from, and choose whether to store the card image in media storage or attach it directly to the contact record.
Passos
Open Contacts in the mobile app
Tap Contacts on the bottom menu. Make sure you are inside the correct sub account.
Start a new card scan
Tap the plus icon and choose Scan Business Card, or use the lightning bolt quick actions menu and select the same option.
Capture the card
Hold your camera over the business card inside the on-screen frame and hold steady while the AI reads the information.
Review and refine
Check each extracted field. Tap Refine with AI if anything looks off, or drag the chips to move text between fields.
Add tags and save
Add relevant tags such as the event name, toggle image storage options if needed, then tap Save Contact.
