概要. Missed call text back is one of the fastest wins in GoHighLevel. Enable it under Phone Numbers in your sub-account settings, and every missed call triggers an instant automated text to the caller. The default message includes your location name and asks how you can help. Leads who reply drop into your Conversations inbox where you or your team can take over. You can also extend it with a workflow for richer follow-up sequences.

Add a phone number to the sub-account
Go to Settings, then Phone Numbers, and click Add Number. Select a number from the list and complete the purchase.
Enable missed call text back
Click Advanced Settings at the top of the Phone Numbers page, then scroll to the Voicemail and Missed Call Text Back section and toggle it on.
Customize the message
Edit the default text if needed. The placeholder for your location name auto-fills when the message sends. Keep it short and open-ended to invite a reply.
