Build your form
Go to Sites, then Forms, and create a new form. Choose a template or start from scratch. Add or remove fields to capture the information you need, then save and grab the embed code or add it directly to your GoHighLevel site.
Create a new workflow
Go to Automations, click Create Workflow, and choose Start from Scratch. Name the workflow to match the form.
Add the form submitted trigger
Click Add New Trigger, search for Form Submitted, and select your specific form. Save the trigger.
Add a Send Email action
Click the plus button, search for Email, and choose Send Email. Set the from name, from address, and subject. In the message body, use custom values to pull in the contact's name and any other submitted fields.
Publish the workflow
Click Publish in the top right corner. The workflow is now live and will fire instantly whenever the form is submitted.
