Resumo. The Manage Duplicates tool in GoHighLevel identifies duplicate contacts across name, email, and phone number fields. After clicking the three-dot menu in the Contacts view and selecting Manage Duplicates, you run a search by the field type you want to check, then act on each match. Merging combines records and keeps the data from the selected master contact. Rejecting removes a pair from the duplicates list permanently so it will not appear again. The Review option lets you compare individual field values and choose which to keep before merging.
