How to Bulk Manage QR Codes in GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel's QR code manager lets you select multiple codes at once and download them as PNG, SVG, or PDF files in a single zip, move them into folders, rename them, or delete them all in one action. For creating many codes at once, upload a CSV file and GoHighLevel generates the full batch automatically. Analytics per code show total scans and scan history so you can track which codes are driving activity.

概要. GoHighLevel includes bulk QR code management tools under Sites that let businesses handling many locations or campaigns work through their codes efficiently. Select all or individual codes to download, move to a folder, or delete in one step, and organize them into named folders for easier access. Bulk creation via CSV upload handles large sets at once, and per-code analytics track scan counts over any chosen time range.

  1. Open QR code management

    Click Sites in the left sidebar, then select QR Codes at the top of the page.

  2. Enable bulk selection

    Click the Select button to reveal checkboxes on each QR code. Use Select All or check individual items.

  3. Run a bulk action

    With codes selected, choose Download (PNG, SVG, or PDF), Move to Folder, or Delete from the bulk action menu that appears. Downloads arrive as a zip file.
