GoHighLevel is a white-label platform. Agency owners who sell it to clients typically hide the GoHighLevel brand and present the software as their own product. GoHighLevel needed a neutral brand name for the underlying services it provides so agencies could explain what powers the infrastructure without revealing "GoHighLevel."
That neutral brand is LeadConnector. When a client asks "what phone system is powering my texts?", the agency can say "LeadConnector." The LeadConnector name appears in the app settings, in the mobile app store listing, and in billing line items when white-label is active.
The term appears most often in two places: LC Phone (LeadConnector Phone) and LC Email (LeadConnector Email). These are the two usage-based services that GoHighLevel provides as part of its communication stack, distinct from external providers like Twilio or SendGrid.
How LeadConnector works
When you enable white-labeling in GoHighLevel, the platform surfaces LeadConnector branding instead of GoHighLevel branding in certain areas. The LC Phone and LC Email features always appear under the LeadConnector name regardless of white-label status.
The LeadConnector mobile app is the default mobile app that clients of agencies who do not have a Custom Branded App will use. It is available in the App Store and Google Play under the LeadConnector name.
