Passos
Open the template builder
Go to Settings in the bottom-left corner, then select WhatsApp from the left menu. Click Templates, then Create New Template.
Fill in the basic template details
Give the template a name, select a category (Marketing is common), and choose a language. These fields are required before you can enable buttons.
Add buttons at the bottom of the form
Scroll to the bottom of the template builder to find the Buttons section. Click Add Button and choose from the available types: quick reply, URL, call, discount code, or opt-out. You can add up to ten buttons in total.
