The Prospecting Tool pulls data from Google Maps and public web sources to find local businesses in any category and city. You search for "plumbers in Austin" and get a list of businesses with their contact details, review count, average rating, and basic website information.
For each business, you can generate a branded audit report that shows their website speed score, missing SEO tags, review gaps, and other issues a marketing agency could fix. This report is white-labeled with your agency name and logo, so it looks like you prepared it.
Agencies use this tool to book cold outreach meetings. You send the prospect the free audit report and follow up asking if they want help fixing the issues. The report gives the conversation a reason to start and positions you as the expert who already knows their problems.
How Prospecting Tool works
Open the Prospecting Tool from the Agency View dashboard. Enter a business category and a city. GoHighLevel pulls a list of matching businesses. Click on any business to generate an audit report. The report pulls live data and takes about a minute to run.
You can share the report with the prospect directly via a link or download a PDF. The report includes your agency name, logo, and contact information. You configure the white-label settings once, and all reports carry your branding automatically.
