What you get on the trial
The 30-day free trial through RocketLauncher gives you access to GoHighLevel including Pro-tier features. This means you can test SaaS Mode, white-labeling, unlimited sub-accounts, and everything else.
The standard trial offered directly by GoHighLevel is 14 days. The RocketLauncher trial is 30 days, which is enough time to build a real setup and evaluate it properly.
Week 1: Get the foundation right
Day 1 to 2: Complete your agency settings, create your first sub-account, and connect a phone number through LC Phone. Add your sending domain for LC Email and verify the DNS records.
Day 3 to 4: Build your first calendar and share the booking link with yourself to test it. Confirm you receive the confirmation and that the appointment appears in GoHighLevel.
Day 5 to 7: Build a simple lead capture form or landing page. Set up the "form submitted" workflow trigger to send yourself a test SMS and email.
Week 2: Build your first workflow
Build a full new-lead follow-up sequence: welcome SMS, wait 1 hour, follow-up email, wait 1 day, check if appointment was booked, send a final nudge if not.
Test it by submitting your own form. Walk through each step. Fix anything that does not fire correctly. Once it works with your own number and email, you know it will work for real leads.
Week 3: Bring in real leads
Put your funnel or form in front of real people. Share your booking link with a few actual potential clients or run a small test ad. Get real leads into the system and watch how the automation handles them.
Note where real leads fall off. Did the SMS not send because A2P registration is still pending? Did the email go to spam? Fix these problems now, not after you have paid.
Week 4: Evaluate and decide
By week 4 you have a real setup with real leads. Ask: did the automations save time? Are leads booking and responding? Is the platform easy enough to maintain?
If the answer is yes, pick your plan before day 30. Your setup carries over and you keep everything you built.
If the answer is no, you have 30 days of real testing to support that decision rather than guessing.
